ANNUAL CARDIAC MUSCLE SOCIETY MEETING

Dear Colleague:

It is our pleasure to invite you to the upcoming meeting of the Cardiac Muscle Society.  Please join us at the Double Tree Hotel in Philadelphia. Our keynote speaker will be Dr. Mark Anderson, University of Iowa College of Medicine. New this year, we will have our lecture before dinner, honoring a request by our European members. We are pleased to announce that the annual membership fee for members in good standing is still only $100. The price includes the favorite open bar, reception and dinner.  We are sure that as always this evening will be both an intellectual and culinary delight.

Membership Dues $100.00 (Includes Dinner Meeting)

Those active in the field (potentially including your guests) may become members by simply checking the form and enclosing their abbreviated CV or NIH Biosketch. The cost for new members and guests are as follows:

New Membership dues (or past due returning members) $125.00
Non-member Guests Dinner $100.00

If you are member and are unable to join us for this year's meeting, I hope you will nevertheless maintain your active membership status by remitting your annual dues payment of $25.00. Emeritus members who cannot attend the meeting may remain on the mailing list free of charge by simply returning the form.  Seating will be limited to 70 so please send your reply ASAP.
