Become a Member

Members of the CMS are welcome to bring guests to the Annual Dinner Meeting. If a guest wishes to become a member of the Cardiac Muscle Society please submit your CV and a check.

Current Members

If you are a member and are unable to attend the meeting but would like to maintain active membership please mail a check for $25 to cover annual dues.

Members whose dues are two years in arrears shall cease to be a member of the Society. To reestablish membership please submit any past due fees and a current CV to the current Secretary-Treasurer.
